"Eyes black. Colour to be light, like a bone, not to be confused with ivory, beige or very diluted champagne. Feet, sides and rump only to be ticked with white hairs. Belly white."

Bone fox is genetically a black tan with an extreme dilution gene and an albino gene (c^e/c), or to put it another way, it's a bone with tan gene (a^t).

Bone foxes have only a slight contrast between the top and belly colours, which makes the variety not that striking. They also tend to be darker than what is called for in the standards of self BEB. This is a very common feature on foxed extreme dilution varieties.
