This mouse doesn't have clear enough back colour or shading. Note the narrow profile.

Quick Look

This is the lilac version of the sable. It's a delicate, rather light shade and pleasing to the eye. Due to the diluting effect of d on red pigment, lilac sable has light red belly, not dark as with the sable. The shading colour is also a lighter version of lilac.

In order to get lilac sable, you will need to introduce both brown b and blue d dilutions to sable. Best option would be the lilac tan x sable cross. If the sable parent does not carry these diluting genes, there will be no lilac sables there. However, breeding two mice together from this first mating takes you one step further on the way.
